Fabier grew from specialist expertise in lightning protection and earthing into a wider building performance business. The principle has stayed the same: understand the asset properly, maintain high technical standards and make life easier for the people responsible for buildings.

Today our capability spans protection, compliance, engineering, maintenance and facilities management, bringing specialist services together under one clear standard. We work for main contractors, M&E contractors, consultants, managing agents and estate owners across London, the South East and beyond.

We stay deliberately senior. Experienced people price the work, approve the design and stand behind the delivery, so there is technical continuity from the first survey to the tenth annual test and one accountable point of contact throughout.

We price to the standard, not the drawing, and we show the options straight. We use the building you already have, its steel, its rebar, its piles and its metal roof, before we add anything to it. And we keep the buildings we look after on planned testing and maintenance with a digital record, so the certificate is never the thing you cannot find.
